Overview
Venture360 serves fund managers who need to wrangle complex cap tables, investor reporting, and portfolio tracking in one place.
Problem
Power users had outgrown spreadsheets but found the existing product too rigid. Key workflows — like preparing quarterly LP updates — took hours and involved manual data assembly.
Approach
I mapped the full fund lifecycle and identified the three highest-friction moments: data entry, report generation, and LP communication. We redesigned each as a guided flow with smart defaults and auto-populated templates.
Outcome
Report generation time dropped from ~3 hours to under 20 minutes. NPS improved 18 points in the quarter following the redesign.
