Overview
Veripharm needed a consistent, accessible UI layer across a suite of compliance tools used by regulated pharmaceutical companies.
Problem
Five product teams were building in isolation. Components diverged, accessibility standards were inconsistently applied, and new feature development was slowed by constant design rework.
Approach
Audited the full product surface, identified ~200 unique component patterns, and consolidated them into a token-based system with clear usage guidelines. Built in WCAG 2.1 AA compliance from the ground up.
Outcome
Time spent on design QA dropped by 60%. The system was adopted by all five product teams within two quarters.
